Selling Your Personal Information

The Center for the Advancement of Data-Intensive Science (CADIS) does not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Sharing Personal Information Outside CADIS

Sometimes we need to share your personal information with third parties, including:

1. Processing your donations and receipts, and keeping you informed about new fundraising opportunities.

2. Inviting you to events and other ways you can get involved.

3. Storing your information securely with a trusted third-party cloud service.

4. Responding to legal or regulatory requests for information, but only if we believe the request is valid and we are required to respond.

5. Sharing information between CADIS and affiliates that help us carry out our mission.

6. When we combine, de-identify, or 'tokenize' information so it cannot be used to identify you, but can help us improve our fundraising efforts.

Collecting Your Personal Information

We only collect your personal information if you choose to share it with us. If you are over 13 and give us your information, we will reach out about ways you can join our mission, upcoming events, and other opportunities.

Donor Options Regarding Your Information

If you want your donation to stay anonymous or prefer not to be contacted, just let us know and we will respect your wishes. To review or update your information, you can send us an email.
